We understand the importance of educating your teams on software updates. We feel this update is an important one to communicate to employee and manager level users within your organization.
The Threads Product team is happy to announce two new updates!
First, we have added a new view for admins, managers and employees. This new view gives admins the ability to see all of their user’s personnel documents in one list view!
The Threads team has replaced the “Signature” section of the review PDF with a more detailed and accurate section called “History”. Just as it did previously, it will still list when the review was accepted and by who.
Throughout the history of Threads, Admins have had the ability to view all feedback entered into the account. This includes feedback left for them. While at first this may seem like a privilege, the reality is that it has limited and in some cases eliminated, feedback being given to Admins.
We have heard requests to be able to share feedback from admins, manager and employees alike. We are excited to announce the new ability to choose to make feedback visible to any recipient!
All Threads users now have a personal email notification page listed under “My Account”. (Shown below: Admin View of My Account / Email Notifications)
These updates give managers and admins stats about their team’s feedback and usage, all while making it easier for employees to give feedback!

As an admin level user in Threads, you now have a feedback link in the main navigation.
Simplified Labels for Easier Understanding
The old labels within the Threads graph are being replaced.
Some new upgrades are available for the employee list section of Threads. The product team wanted to make certain steps easier (such as deactivating employees), and we also also wanted to serve up more of the information our customers have been asking for.
For admin level users, you can now make changes to multiple reviews at once. On the review list, reviews can now be edited in bulk!
We now have a list view of all of your organization’s reviews. The review list is located under the list icon in the main navigation.
Bringing context to those scoring reviews and interviews is a very important process. We often hear that managers score very differently than one another, and this can greatly impact the holistic view of culture across an organization.
As part of this update, managers will be able to view each employee’s goals from their previous review. Managers will also be able to edit the Individual Goals sections of the reviews after receiving input from the employee.
The 3 highest and 3 lowest scores appear on the first page of the review documents. In the event of a tie between scores, Managers can select the most important items they want to highlight and comment on for the Employee.
Updates for Admin users include (1) editing reviews that have been released to employees, (2) changing dates on previously created reviews, and (3) adding information on review status to the Past Due and Upcoming Reviews reports.
The weekly digest emails are delivered every Friday morning, so each Manager stays up-to-date with their team and Admin users get a snapshot of what’s happening inside the entire organization.
