We are working towards a more enhanced and customizable self check-in. This latest release features some updates to the check-in collection. 

Send Later / Launch Check-Ins

Previously, once a check in was created, it was immediately sent off to the reviewers to be completed. Now an admin user can delay sending the check-in they create at a later time.

Draft Collections / Live Collections / Closed Collections

A check-in collection now has a draft status. This status represents a collection that has not been Launched / Sent off for completion. You can access all your draft collections in the same place you go to access your Live Collections (formerly known as “in progress”) and Closed Collections. Reviews / Check-Ins > Check-Ins

At the top of the main page are two tabs, Overview and Manage.

Both of these tabs will have an option to toggle to your “Draft Collections”.
