New Feature: Feedback Tagging

It’s great you are capturing so much feedback! Now, we want to make it easier for you to sort through and learn from that feedback. Introducing Feedback Tags! Authors of feedback can now choose to add tags - or categories - to feedback that they leave within Threads.

Do you want your team to identify if a piece of feedback is positive or constructive? Do you want your managers to assign a core value to a piece of feedback for their employee? Now they can easily give feedback and add as many tags as they need! If your employees need help learning how to apply tags to their feedback, click here for an easy to follow help article.

Today your team will be able to attach tags that represent each of your core values. In addition, admin users can create/add add even more tags for their team to choose from. Learn More About Creating Customized Tags

New trend views are available within the feedback section of Threads. Quickly see what tags are the most popular and who is contributing the most across your organization. Learn More About Feedback Trends
