Upgrades to the Employee List
Some new upgrades are available for the employee list section of Threads. The product team wanted to make certain steps easier (such as deactivating employees), and we also also wanted to serve up more of the information our customers have been asking for. The improvements are outlined below.

Current Employees:

  • Improved export options for CSV with the ability to pick and drag the order of data you would like exported.
  • Improved export option for PDF that now includes hire date
  • Hire date now visible in the list
  • The welcome email sent column has been replaced with a more robust history column to see recent user activity – including if a welcome email has been sent.
  • Filters to quickly see who has never logged in, who has past due reviews, who hasn’t accepted their review and more.
  • Removing / Deactivating an employee is easier, giving admins the option to either move the employee to inactive or former. When choosing former, you can also now capture an optional termination date for your records.
