Updates for Admin users include (1) editing reviews that have been released to employees, (2) changing dates on previously created reviews, and (3) adding information on review status to the Past Due and Upcoming Reviews reports.
The weekly digest emails are delivered every Friday morning, so each Manager stays up-to-date with their team and Admin users get a snapshot of what’s happening inside the entire organization.
As part of this update, users can upload a variety of files with their comments, including pictures, PDFs, Word Docs, Excel Spreadsheets and emails. Managers and Admin users will be notified of the uploaded files as part of their weekly digest emails.
To print or export a Job Description as an Admin user, open the Job Title and use the print and export buttons in the upper right hand corner of the screen

This will dramatically decrease the time it takes to set the rating criteria and create job descriptions for each job title. Admin users can now simply copy/paste and edit a job title from the Threads Knowledgebase vs. creating a new job title from scratch.
As part of this update, employees will now receive emails when their reviews are released by their manager and any user will be able to add comments before accepting their review inside the software.
We added automatic reminder emails for Managers and Employees to login during the year and leave feedback in Threads. If Admin/HR users want these emails to go out to their team, they will need to confirm this option under Company Settings.
As part of this update, Admin/HR users now have the ability to select who can leave comments in Threads and if comments remain available after reviews are completed.
