During Q3 2014 we released some process improvements to the review workflow inside of Threads.
As part of this update, employees will now receive emails when their reviews are released by their manager and any user will be able to add comments before accepting their review inside the software.
Released Review Email
Here is a screenshot of the email that the employee receives when their review is released by their manager.
This email is automatically sent when the manager presses the “Release” button on an employee’s completed review and makes the scores available inside of the Threads software.
Employee Comments Before Accepting a Review
Any user can now add a final piece of feedback to their review before saving their acceptance. Final comments entered by an employee will be identified by their name, date and picture like the screenshots below.
Admin and Manager users can still scan and upload a PDF version of the signed review document. The scanned and uploaded review documents can be downloaded by clicking “Download Acceptance Document” in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
